2. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the custom and curated nature of our boxes, we do not offer refunds once a box has been shipped.

Boxes are shipped monthly. Shipping schedules and estimated delivery windows will be shared on our website and via email updates.
Shipping is available within the U.S. only (International shipping may be offered in the future but is currently not available).

Already Shipped Boxes: Please note that once a box has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or returned simply based on a subscription cancellation.

- Personal Taste: Due to the unique, curated nature of our boxes, returns based on personal preference (e.g., not liking an item) are generally not accepted.

All American Wanderlust Boxes are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (Cubic Shipping). This method offers reliable and cost-effective delivery with tracking included.
Processing Time
Subscription boxes typically ship on or before the 15th of each month. Random boxes will typically ship within 3-5 days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your box is on its way.
Delivery Time
USPS Ground Advantage generally delivers within 3–5 business days depending on your location. Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to holidays, weather, or postal delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are currently a flat rate based on average USPS cubic rate tiers. We strive to keep shipping affordable while ensuring safe, timely delivery.
Shipping Area
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Delivery Issues
